Ingredients
1/2 pkg of Baby Spinach
1 head of Romaine lettuce
2 medium ripe Avocados
3 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tsp. Sesame seeds
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
2 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

Wash the spinach and lettuce and tear into bite size pieces. Place in a large serving bowl. Peel and slice the avocados and place on top of the leaves. In a small skillet, lightly toast the sesame seeds on low heat, add the oil, mustard and lemon juice and stir until warm. Pour (while warm) over the salad and serve immediately.
